Thanks for shopping at The Poppy & Peridot. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please reach out before initiating any return or exchange.

 


Return and Exchange Policy
If you have any questions about an item, sizing, fit or styling please feel free to ask. If something you purchase ends up not working out please reach out to arrange a return or exchange.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ALL SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
Items that are eligible for returns must:
• be received within 7 days from the date your order shipped to you.
• be unwashed, unworn and unaltered
• have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair

Once your return is received, store credit will be issued within 3 business days. Please include your invoice to receive a store credit for the full amount you paid for the merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit. 

EXCHANGES: 
Since many of our items sell out quickly it is usually best to purchase the item you are wanting when you see it. If you would rather exchange please email immediately so I can help you right away.
Customer service is of utmost importance to and I will always do my very best to handle all questions and concerns immediately.
